Data controller

Data collected on the Askengo website is processed by AZOT, a French SAS registered under SIREN 894 762 657 (SIRET 894 762 657 00019), 78 avenue de Paris, 92320 Châtillon, France, represented by Yohan Le Quéré — yohan@azot.dev, +33 6 03 60 42 09.

Data we collect

When you send a request, we only collect:

• the content of your request;
• your email address (optional);
• your WhatsApp number (optional).

At least one contact method is required so we can reply. No other personal data is collected through the site.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used exclusively to:

• process your request (searching, comparing and negotiating offers);
• get back to you by email or WhatsApp with the best deal.

Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6.1.b GDPR).

Recipients

Your requests are handled by the AZOT team. They are forwarded to our internal workspace (Slack notification) and stored in our database. They are never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Your data is kept for the time needed to process your request, then archived for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact before deletion.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to yohan@azot.dev. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL.

Cookies

The Askengo website sets no tracking cookies and no advertising trackers.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.
